Stress, anxiety, sadness & depression can make our lives difficult & sometimes we need to talk about it. Sometimes we need to talk & communicate effectively to understand each other and relate. As individuals in a relationship or not, or couples we have factors that can contribute & affect our lives that we may not realize. When we make changes to ourselves or changes happen in our lives, it not only affects you but to those around us. Identifying these factors can help bring clarity to you & your family.
